Assessment

  • Additional images, studies, etc

Physical Exam

  • Skin is red and indurated, tender to touch

  • DDX mastitis, CHF, XRT
  • Depending on the clinical history, a course of abx with follow up mammogram may be warranted
  • The sonographic findings on the case suggest a more malignant process and biopsy was suggested
