1. Processes exposed radiographic cassettes in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Able to utilize HIS/RIS/PACS in order to provide best patient care.
3. Retrieves images and reports as requested by ULH customers in a timely manner.
4. Copies/prints radiographs as requested in a timely manner.
5. Answers phone using appropriate customer relations skills and routes calls to appropriate location as needed.
6. Complies with all LDI initiatives including AIDET, Rounding and Core Behavioral Standards.
