|
•Manages the department and staff to meet the needs of the hospital, patients, and physicians.
•Develops an operating budget which meets the needs of the PHS organization and operates within the guidelines of the budget. Staffs the department on a volume basis to ensure productivity.
•Hires, counsels and terminates employees according to PHS guidelines. Participates in employee development.
•Performs diagnostic radiology, CT, Ultrasound exams on a daily basis as needed in the department.
•Attends department head meetings and holds staff meetings monthly.

| Job Qualification: |

Associate’s Degree and Three to five years experience in Radiology.
