• Greet incoming patients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments and any other necessary follow-ups, so that patients can receive quality care from our staff of professionals.
• Register patients for exams, verify and update patient's information, and perform insurance verifications and authorizations.
• Answer phones, and be a liaison between the physician and the patient.
• Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.
