1. For walk-in patients not previously scheduled: Schedules appointments in friendly and cooperative manner.
2. For scheduled patients: Greets incoming patients. Checks patient’s ID and may copy the patient’s insurance card.
3. Patient Concierge responsibilities include: Greets and interviews incoming patients or directs them to an available CCA.
4. May be responsible for administrative tasks such as inbound fax, Televox, order queue functions, no-show recovery report and assigned order queue functions.

| Job Qualification: |
|
High school diploma, six months or more direct experience in radiology or other medical practice and associates degree.
