Transitional Cell Carcinoma (Bladder)
Represents 90% of malignant bladder neoplasm. Squamous Cell carcinoma is another 5% and adenocarcinoma 2%
Causes:

• Aniline dyes
• Phenacetin
• Pelvic radiation
• Tobacco
• Interstitial nephritis

Radiographic features: Mass in bladder wall, US> Contrast CT, MRI; Obstructive uropathy due to involvement of ureteric orifices

DDX: Air in Bladder Wall or Lumen

• Fistula (colon, small bowel, vagina)
• Trauma
• Emphysematous Cystitis
