50 year old female, new to the area. She presents to your practice for annual screening.




Secretory Calcifications
- Usually dense, smooth, and rod like in a ductal distribution. Occasionally difficult to distinguish from linear calcification of DCIS
What type of calcifications?


Vascular
- Tubular and tram tracking appearance
- Have association with coronary artery disease
And these?


Dermal
- small with lucent centers
- Can be seen in tangent on cc view
