65 year old female for annual routine screening mammogram. Prior films were lost in the recent office fire

Diagnosis
- Path report on biopsy comes back as reactive granulomatous tissue
- What follow-up recommendations do you make?
- Path findings are disconcordant with mammograms. Excisional biopsy is warranted
Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma
- Extensive Intraductal Component (EIC)-prognostic significance. The rare of local recurrence after conservative therapy is higher. Can suspect with an associated mass
